Coordination Group

All the consortium is represented in the Project Coordination Group (partners, subcontractors, advisory group and associate partner).

The roles of the Coordination Group can be summarised as follows:

• Discuss and tune the content and coherence of the work plan activities (WPA),
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of the WPA,
• Stimulated collaboration, exchange of knowledge and expertise between partners,
• Discuss and prepare the long term arrangements for sustaining SeaDataNet infrastructure.

The Coordination Group meets once a year at plenary meetings.
